Anointed Naturals does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Our products are cosmetic/personal-care products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

5Bath Products

Bath bombs and other bath products should be used only as directed.

Some products may contain oils, butters, fragrance, essential oils, colourants, mica or other ingredients that may make the bath or surrounding surfaces slippery.

Please exercise appropriate caution when entering or exiting the bath.

Certain ingredients may also temporarily affect the appearance of bathwater or bathroom surfaces. Rinse the bath or surrounding surfaces after use where necessary.

6Fragrance Products

Fragrance is personal and individual.

We cannot guarantee that a particular fragrance will smell identical on every person, as fragrance can interact differently with individual skin chemistry.

If you have known fragrance sensitivities or allergies, please review the ingredient information before purchasing and contact us if you require clarification.

Where a product is described as "inspired by" a particular fragrance, this does not mean that the product is manufactured by, affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the original fragrance brand unless expressly stated otherwise.

7Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

Your order is subject to availability and successful payment.

An automated order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order where, for example:

• there is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
• payment has not been successfully received; or

If we are unable to fulfil an order that you have paid for, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund or alternative solution.

However, certain products may sell out before the website can be updated.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you regarding the available options.

9Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your order will generally be the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase, subject to obvious pricing errors.

Promotional prices and discounts may be subject to additional terms and may be available only for a limited period.

10Payment

Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed and dispatched, unless otherwise agreed by Anointed Naturals in writing.

We may use third-party payment providers to process online payments.

Anointed Naturals does not store your full bank-card details where payment is processed through a third-party payment gateway.

Payment processing is subject to the relevant payment provider's terms and security procedures.

11Delivery

We deliver orders within South Africa using third-party courier services.

Delivery times provided on the website or communicated to you are estimates and may be affected by:

• courier delays;
• weather;
• public holidays;
• peak shopping periods;
• incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
• circumstances outside our reasonable control; or
• other unforeseen events.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delays caused by the courier are outside Anointed Naturals' direct control. We will nevertheless make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving delivery issues.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your order.

12Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, broken or otherwise compromised, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where appropriate, please provide:

• your order number;
• photographs of the packaging;
• photographs of the affected product; and
• a description of the problem.

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us before using the product so that we can assist you.

We will deal with defective, damaged or incorrect products in accordance with your rights under applicable South African consumer law.

13Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Anointed Naturals purchase.

However, because many of our products are cosmetic, bath, body and fragrance products, hygiene and safety considerations apply.

13.1 Products you simply change your mind about

Where applicable under South African law, certain online purchases may be cancelled or returned within the applicable statutory cooling-off period.

Any product returned for this reason must meet the applicable legal requirements, including any requirements relating to its condition and packaging.

13.2 Opened or used cosmetic and hygiene products

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept the return of products that have been opened or used where the law permits us to exclude such returns.

This includes products such as:

• bath bombs;
• body oils;
• body powders;
• fragrances;
• personal-care products; and
• other products where opening or use makes the product unsuitable for resale.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have in relation to defective, unsafe, unsuitable or incorrectly supplied goods.

13.3 Defective products

If a product is defective or does not meet the applicable legal requirements, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable South African consumer law.

We do not exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

The time taken for funds to reflect in your account may depend on the relevant bank or payment provider.

Where a product is returned because of a confirmed defect, incorrect item or other circumstance for which Anointed Naturals is responsible, we will deal with applicable return and delivery costs in accordance with the law.

15Allergies & Individual Sensitivities

Our products may contain fragrance, essential oils, plant-derived ingredients, colourants, mica, oils, butters and other cosmetic ingredients.

Ingredients are listed on the relevant product packaging or product information where applicable.

It is your responsibility to review the ingredients and determine whether a product is suitable for you, particularly if you have a known allergy or sensitivity.

If you are uncertain about an ingredient, please contact us before using the product.

16Product Colour & Appearance

Our products may be handmade or hand-finished and therefore slight differences in colour, texture, pattern, shape or finish may occur.

For products containing mica, glitter or other visual ingredients, settling or variation may occur during storage, transport or use.

These natural or manufacturing variations do not automatically indicate that a product is defective.

17Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Anointed Naturals website is owned by or licensed to Anointed Naturals unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

18Customer Photographs & Reviews

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial or other content to Anointed Naturals, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to provide that content to us.
